Azure Active Directory User(s) Creation using portal

Goal: 

In this lab, you will learn how to create an Azure Active Directory user id(s) using Portal.

Requirements: 

User should be part of Global Administration or User Administration Role.

Create AAD User(s) using Azure Portal:

1) Log in to Azure portal

2) Search for a service Azure Active Directory

3) Navigate to the Users section under Manage in Azure Active Directory.

4) Click on New user to add a new user 

User name:  vuser1 @ Default domain name (Copy the user name) 

Name: vuser1

First name: vuser1

Last name:

Password: Leave that as default i.e., Auto-generate password. Select the option Show Password and copy Initial Password.

Hit Create button to create a user vuser1

 

5) Log on to Azure Portal or Azure MyApps portal using the above-created id. The user will be prompted to change the password.

6) Create another user vuser2 by following the above steps.
